This auction will close 5 items per minute starting at the posted time - Standard overtime bidding rules will apply. AT THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION ITEMS WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL NO BIDS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FOR THREE (3) MINUTES. THIS MEANS THAT IF AN ITEM RECEIVES A BID IN THE LAST 3 MINUTES, THE CLOCK TO CLOSE THE ITEM WILL RESTART UNTIL NO FURTHER BIDS ARE RECEIVED. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT NO SNIPING TAKES PLACE. IMPORTANT NOTE: If the high bidder of item does NOT acknowledge their purchase(s), Oberman Auctions reserves the right to determine how and to whom the item(s) will be resold. If we determine the winning bid was not a bona fide, legitimate bidder, the item WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY go to the next or second highest bid. High bidders will receive an e-mailed invoice by within 1 hour of the auction close. We will also have a copy of the invoice at the removal location.
